Most orders ship the same day we receive them. During our busiest times orders ship within 48 hours. The average order takes approximately 7 days to arrive at your doorstep. Some orders arrive sooner, depending where you are located. Your customer service representative can provide approximate shipping times to you.
S&H fees are based on the total dollar value of your order.

Express orders received by 12:00 noon EST will ship the same day. Orders received after 12:00 noon EST will ship the next business day.
All Canadian orders have a $25.00 US surcharge. The customer is responsible for duties and/or additional government charges.
We ship to all US States, Territories, APO Boxes and to Canada. At this time we can not accept orders from other countries.
Orders containing backordered merchandise with an expected ship time within 2 weeks will ship complete.
Backordered merchandise can ship separate if requested by contacting our Customer Service Department. *
Backordered merchandise with an expected ship time of 4 weeks or more will automatically be shipped separate.*
Pre-ordered merchandise, such as diecast cars, will automatically be shipped separate.*
