Return Policy
We take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the date of purchase for exchange or merchandise refund. We do not accept returns on diecast. Sale items can be returned for exchange or store credit only. A processing fee will apply to all sale items returned for exchange.
Christmas Returns
Holiday gift orders purchased between September and December will be accepted for exchange or refund through January 15.
Please follow these instructions for Returns and Exchanges:
Returns
Circle the item on your invoice you would like to return. Write in the middle of your invoice what action you would like us to take. For example you might write, “ Item too large, please credit my card.”
Ship your item back to us at:

You may send it back to us which ever way is easiest for you – from your post office or UPS.
When we receive your item in our returns department we will refund your credit card or send you a refund check depending on which way you originally paid for your item.
You will receive notification in the mail that the credit has been made.
Exchanges
Follow the same procedure as a return, but in your instructions to us write,
“ Please exchange for size X.”

You may send it back to us which ever way is easiest for you – from your post office or UPS.
When your item is received back in our returns/exchange department, we will swap out the item for you. You should receive your new item in about a week.
