Return Policy:

We take great pride in the quality of our merchandise, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return the item(s) within 60 days of the date of purchase for exchange or a full refund of merchandise cost.

Holiday Return Policy:

Christmas Returns:
Holiday gift orders will be accepted for exchange or refund through February 1, 2008.

Price Guarantee:  If an item is put on sale less than 7 days after the date of purchase, contact us and we will credit you the difference in price. This only applies to purchases made in the last 7 days, and only if we have the same size and driver originally purchased in stock.

Please follow these instructions for Returns and Exchanges:

Returns:

Circle the item on your invoice you would like to return.  Write in the middle of your invoice what action you would like us to take.  For example you might write, “ Item too large, please credit my card.”

Ship your item back to us at:

You may send it back to us which ever way is easiest for you – from your post office or UPS.

When we receive your item in our returns department we will refund your credit card or send you a refund check depending on which way you originally paid for your item.

You will receive notification in the mail that the credit has been made.

Exchanges:

Follow the same procedure as a return, but in your instructions to us write, 
“ Please exchange for size X.”

Ship your item back to us at:

You may send it back to us which ever way is easiest for you – from your post office or UPS.

When your item is received back in our returns/exchange department, we will swap out the item for you. You should receive your new item in about a week.

Billing and Shipping Address:

All orders containing incomplete address information are subject to a $5.00 Correction Fee, i.e. missing information, incorrect spelling and/or incorrect numbers. Please type your information carefully, this fee will be applied to the credit card used to place the order and are based on charges incurred by Raceline Direct/Sports Express from our Shipping Supplier.
 

Gift orders:

We can send gifts anywhere in the country. We will include your personal gift message on a gift card and send the invoice to you.

Gift Certificates:

Give the gift of choice!  With so many options, let your loved one choose.  In any amount you like – we’ll send it along with our latest catalog, in a folder with your personalized gift message.

Request a Catalog:

Once you have requested a catalog it takes approximately 2 weeks for you to receive it.

Official Merchandise:

Everything we sell is officially licensed by the governing bodies of the major league sports we represent.  All names and logos are trademarks of their respective companies.

Raceline Direct does not wholesale any of its products.
