order from Raceline Direct. We stand behind the quality of the items we
ship. If you are
dissatisfied, please call us at 1-800-454-8929. We will be happy to help you
replace, exchange or refund the
purchase price of your item.
Return Policy:
We take great pride in the quality
of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase
you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the date of purchase for
exchange or merchandise refund. We do not accept returns on diecast. Sale items can be returned for exchange or store credit only. A processing fee will apply to all sale items returned for exchange.
Payment:  We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, American Express, US Money Orders and Personal Checks. All orders paid with a personal check will be held up to 10 business days. If you make a payment by check, you authorize Raceline Direct and its agents to collect your check electronically by making a one-time electric fund transfer from your checking account in the amount of your check. Your check maybe used as a source document only and will be destroyed after it has been processed electronically. If your check is returned for non-sufficient funds, you authorize your account to be electronically debited or bank drafted for the amount of the check plus applicable fees. Your payment by check is your acknowledgement and acceptance of these items.
Sales, Specials and Promotions:  Sales, Specials and Promotions apply to new orders on in-stock items. Previous purchases are not eligible for new sales price or promotions. All sales and promotions are subject to expire without notice.
Backordered Merchandise: 
Orders containing backordered merchandise will ship complete. Separate shipments can be requested by contacting our Customer Service Department. S & H Fees will apply to each shipment.
Backordered merchandise listed 4 weeks or more will automatically be shipped separate. S & H Fees will apply to each shipment.
Holiday Return Policy:
Christmas Returns: Holiday gift orders purchased between September and December 2010 will be
accepted for exchange or refund through January 15, 2011.

Returns:
Circle the item on your invoice you would like to
return. Write in the middle of
your invoice what action you would like us to take.
For example you might write, “ Item too large, please credit my
card.”

You may send it back to us which ever way is easiest
for you – from your post office or UPS.
When we receive your item in our returns department we
will refund your credit card or send you a refund check depending on which
way you originally paid for your item.
You will receive notification in the mail that the
credit has been made.
Exchanges:
Follow the same procedure as a return, but in your
instructions to us write,
“ Please exchange for size X.”

You may send it back to us which ever way is easiest
for you – from your post office or UPS.
When your item is received back in our returns/exchange
department, we will swap out the item for you. You should receive your new
item in about a week.

call our customer service representatives at 1-800-454-8929. They will be
happy to assist you.
Billing and Shipping Address:
All orders containing incomplete address information are subject to a $5.00
Correction Fee, i.e. missing information, incorrect spelling and/or
incorrect numbers. Please type your information carefully, this fee will be
applied to the credit card used to place the order and are based on charges
incurred by Raceline Direct/Sports Express from our Shipping Supplier.
Gift orders:
We can send gifts anywhere in the country. We will
include your personal gift message on a gift card and send the invoice to
you.
Gift Certificates:
Give the gift of choice! With so many options, let your loved one choose.
In any amount you like – we’ll send it along with our latest
catalog, in a folder with your personalized gift message.
Request a Catalog:
Once you have requested a catalog it takes
approximately 2 weeks for you to receive it.
